APC is currently the leading property services firm in Ghana in terms of market share in the asset and mortgage valuation segmentand general property advisory services.
Assenta Construction Limited (ACL) is set up to provide services in the field of construction. The services include construction management, project management and building construction.
Property Investment and Development Advisors (PIDA) focuses on development management, property investment and transaction advisory services.
The subsidiary companies leverages on each other’s expertise in their respective core businesses to provide our clients with a one – stop shop solution to their property needs.
